Free Annual Fee Summary If you would like to receive a printed statement, ProPay can mail your statement for $14.95. In addition, ProPay stores the current month plus the previous 6 months of transactions online. If you would like to receive printed statements, ProPay can mail you a monthly statement for $2.50/month.
How do I use ProPay?
Process a Credit Card
- Log in to your ProPay Account by going to www.propay.com.
- Once you have logged in to your ProPay Account, click on Submit and process a credit card.
- On the next page, you have the option of entering additional information about the transaction.
How long does it take to transfer money from ProPay?
2-4 business days
How long does it take to transfer funds? A funds transfer to a U.S. based checking account will generally be completed in 2-4 business days (depending on the bank to which you are sending the funds).
