Who can use the Princes Trust?
How we support young people. We are open to young people aged 11 to 30 from all over the UK – no matter if they have been facing some serious issues such as homelessness or if they’ve been in trouble with the law. If they’re willing to aim high – we are here.
What is a Prince’s Trust course?
The Prince’s Trust offers qualifications for those who wish to enhance their own professional development. Award in Education and Training. Assessor, Internal and External Quality Assurance. The Prince’s Trust also offer qualifications in counselling in collaboration with Chrysallis.
How much money can you get from the Prince Trust?
Currently the maximum grant per year awarded to a student is £2,400. They also award grants for charitable causes which are considered annually in November. The closing date for the submission of completed forms is 1st October. Currently the maximum grant awarded is £5,000.

Is Prince’s Trust a GCSE?
On the successful completion of all units, pupils will gain a minimum of 21 credits and a maximum of 36. These credits will go towards their qualification in ‘Personal Development and Employability Skills’ offered by the Prince’s Trust. This qualification is now equivalent to two GCSEs both at Grade B.
Is Princes Trust full time education?
No. The Prince’s Trust believes that all young people have potential and talent and aims to raise their aspirations for education. Young people should be encouraged and supported to work towards accredited qualifications.
