- 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) soda water.
- For the garnish: Sprig of lavender or thyme.
How do you enjoy Lillet?
Pour Lillet in a wine glass; add fresh berries and ice. Top with soda and garnish with a grapefruit slice. — diced fresh fruit of choice (berries, apples, grapes, oranges, etc.) Build cocktail over ice in a wine or Collins glass and stir to combine.
Does Lillet need to be refrigerated?
A: Remember that even though Lillet is lightly fortified, it is still a wine – treat it the same. While it does it a bit slower, once it comes in contact with air, these aperitifs do start to oxidize. Over time they lose their fragrance and start to taste more sour. Once opened, our best advice is to refrigerate it.

How Long Does Lillet Last Unopened? The Lillet will last for years if it is stored properly, as long as it is unopened. You will notice a significant reduction in shelf life when opening it. You can enjoy it for up to six weeks if you put it in a fridge.

Once opened, our best advice is to refrigerate it. Even better if you use a vacuum sealing cork. Under these conditions a wine based aperitif can stay quite fresh for up to 2 months (though one month to six weeks is the more common, on-the-safe-side advice).
