Do you mount bearded hens?

Bearded hens make a really nice mount, but you have to make that decision on your own. If it where me yeah I’d mount it. I have one in the freezer now I got from a guy in NY, waiting on the head to come back from the freeze drier now. If you decided not to mount the hen, I’d be interested in it.
